The popular TV host and stunning blonde star Holly Willoughby, 38, has made everyone in awe during the 25th anniversary of the National Television Awards (NTAs) 2020, held on Tuesday, as she wore a Cinderella-style gown designed by Peter Langner.
The This Morning host settled for the handmade silk Mikado counter gown, made up off eight layers of tulle and a stunning 45 metres of fabric, matching her flooky look partnered with blonde hair in a chic, long curly bob.
Peter Langner, Holly’s gown designer, has been known for his excellence, imagination and refinement and his masterpiece reflected on the host’s dress as it gave some sensational looks for the awards over the years.
Holly, who is renowned for her amazing style and has become quite the fashion influence as a result, shared a look back at her NTA outfits from 2005 to the present day the day before her red carpet appearance to her 6.1 million Instagram followers, writing:
“Awww thanks @thismorning for this #NTA rewind... only years missing were when I’d just had my babies!!!!
“Nearly a decade and a half of frocks... mad how much we change... The voting is still open to vote for your favourite shows @dancingonice @thismorning and me!” Willoughby posted.
“We think @hollywilloughby is always the belle of the ball at the @officialntas, but what will she be wearing tomorrow night?”
The star’s fashion sense has visibly changed over the years, starting off with Holly in a black skirt and boob tube-style top in 2005, and a dazzling silver number from 2008 similar to the dresses she flaunts for Dancing On Ice now.
However, from 2010 to 2014, Holly went through a phase of donning a black dress to the awards, and then in more recent she has opted for bright colour popping numbers.
Meanwhile, in 2019, Holly flaunted a pink polka dot strappy number with a floaty skirt, and now her dazzling Peter Langner can be added to the list.
Both This Morning and Dancing On Ice, which Holly co-hosts with Philip Schofield, are up for awards.
Holly Willoughby returned to host Dance on Ice after enjoying a well-deserved break over the Christmas period with her husband Dan Baldwin and their children.
Fans of the star were quick to share their love for Holly’s over-the-years outfit post, commenting on their favourite outfits.
“2017 is my fav outfit,” and another added “2017 still my fave dress!!!”
Meanwhile, a third person said:
“2017 still my fave dress!!!”
Fans of Holly also claimed that Holly is getting more stunning with age, with one saying:
“Like a fine wine, gets better with age x”, and another said she was “a thing of beauty.”
Recently, there was an announcement that Holly has landed a new job with the BBC , after having worked almost exclusively for ITV since winning her first major hosting job on CITV back in the early 2000s.
