An intruder was reportedly arrested after breaking into Jennifer Lawrence's house this weekend.

LAPD confirms to E! News that a 23-year-old female was arrested after she trespassed in Lawrence's home Sunday at 9:15 p.m. PT. Law enforcement sources also tell TMZ that the woman went right through the front doors, which were unlocked but security was able to stop her before she made any contact with the actress.

A source tells E! News,

"They restrained the suspect."

The source also shares that Lawrence's husband, Cooke Maroney, was home at the time.

However, reports on this break-in story are contradictory, E! News source said that “the girl didn't want to meet Jen” while according to TMZ, sources said the woman told police “she simply wanted to meet the actress.”

According to TMZ, the woman was arrested for misdemeanor trespassing.

Hunger Games star, who has yet to speak publicly about the intruder, has been keeping a low profile over the last several months as she enjoys newlywed life. The actress tied the knot with art gallerist Maroney in October 2019.

 The wedding was attended by celebrity guests Adele, Ashley Olsen, Nicole Richie, Cameron Diaz and Joel Madden in Rhode Island on the grounds of the Belcourt Mansion.
