The said photo shows Simpson wearing a light-coloured jumper as she looks into the distance. She captioned it:

"Saturday selfie".

However, many of Simpson’s 3.7million followers asked her whether she was getting more lip fillers as they noticed how full they looked.

One person wrote:

"Lips thougt u gave up on fillers," alongside a shocked face emoji.

A second joked:

while a third cruelly added:

Meanwhile, some of the Geordie Shore's fans defended her as one person hit back, saying:

"I think the same in a way but u could say it different. This is not an opinion it's cruel".

Another fan wrote:

"I think everybody can do whatever they want! But yes, I thought it gives a good role model to her young follower when she said she ditched the fillers".

While a third chimed:

"She probably has, filler doesn’t just disappear. Will take years for her face to be ‘normal’ again. I think she looks gorgeous".

Simpson recently revealed she's not been sleeping well as she wakes up at the "slightest noise" her baby Rox makes.

The reality star told her Instagram followers that she's been "struggling" to fall asleep even when her 12 week old son, with boyfriend Casey Johnson, is sleeping.

Wearing a black hoodie, Marnie pushed her hair back as she said:

"I don't know if anyone's the same right, I literally struggle to fall asleep even if Rox is asleep. So if he like stirs or makes noise I literally just wake up and then I'm just awake and I can't...

"It's weird, I kept on waking Casey up and I was going 'Casey, Casey he's awake' and he was like 'no, he's not' and I was doing it all night long.

"And Casey was like 'Marnie you just need to sleep, he's not awake, he's just stirring.'"

She continued:

"I just really struggle with it, I really do. I literally wake up as soon as I hear him make the slightest noise. Is anyone else similar like that?"
