"There's an emotional resonance to this story about growing old, chasing glory days and the joy of passing the baton that leaves the other two films choking on its digitally rendered dust. The inseparable relationship between Mike Wazowski and James P. "Sully" Sullivan is not the case during their days at Monsters University, when they not the best buds but actually couldn't stand each other. This movie unlocks the door to how Mike and Sully overcame their differences and became the best of friends.

People love the animation of the film especially the cuteness of the main characters, Mike and Sully, and even amazed with every single details of the surroundings.
