The set is currently filming some action sequence when one scene involved explosion that caused quite damage to nearby street furniture.

Some passerby near the set filmed videos of low flying choppers and real explosions.

"We called our manager and we found out that it was some explosion for the movie.”

The film will end their shooting in San Francisco on Sunday. They will move to Babelsberg Studio in Germany then to Chicago, Illinois, which is the home of the Wachowski sisters, as the Edge City from the first three films is based on.

The plot is still unknown, the only rumored is the appearance of a young Morpheus.

Matrix 4 is co-written and directed by Lana Wachowski, one of the two Wachowski sisters who directed the previous three films, although she will be doing the fourth series alone without her sister, Lilly. This will be Lana’s first solo movie directing credit.
